The dry air generator specially designed by Dali Electric for transformers, reactors, and other large power equipment provides high-purity dry air with a dew point as low as -60℃ to -70℃ during installation and maintenance. It can replace traditional drying methods such as hot oil circulation, nitrogen supplementation, and vacuum drying, and is more efficient, economical, safe, and environmentally friendly. When using a dry air generator for installation and maintenance of power equipment, it is not affected by changes in external weather conditions, especially for overnight operations. Simply seal the flanges and fill with dry air to 0.02-0.03Mpa, without the need for oil injection, nitrogen supplementation, or vacuuming. Transformers, reactors, and other power equipment will not be affected by moisture, greatly reducing workload and achieving the effect of shortening construction periods and improving installation and maintenance quality. The dry air generator is also suitable for air drying and circulating drying in warehouses, packaging, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and other industries, as well as for drying nitrogen, generator hydrogen, and SF6 equipment. It replaces traditional drying methods, is efficient, economical, safe, and environmentally friendly, integrates air compression, refrigeration drying, and adsorption, and is freely movable.
Working Principle
The heatless regenerative adsorption compressed air dryer is a purification device that uses the molecular force on the surface of porous solid materials to absorb moisture from the gas, thereby obtaining a lower dew point temperature, dry, and clean gas. It uses activated alumina with a pore size similar to the diameter of water molecules as the adsorbent, and adopts the internationally advanced pressure swing adsorption principle. During adsorption at room temperature, the partial pressure of water molecules in the air is greater than that in the adsorbent, so water molecules enter the interior of the adsorbent, condense into water droplets on the surface, and release condensation heat, which is stored in the upper part of the adsorption tower. During regeneration, about 15% of the dry air enters the regeneration cylinder at atmospheric pressure through a needle valve, causing water molecules in the adsorbent to escape, while the heat stored in the adsorption tower aids in desorption. The adsorbent undergoes adsorption, regeneration, and adsorption cycles, continuously adsorbing and drying the compressed air to obtain deeply dried gas. The main technical indicators of this product have reached the level of similar foreign models, making it the equipment for users who need a pressure dew point gas source below -23℃. The twin towers alternately work continuously to output dry and clean compressed air. The moisture content of the purified air can reach a pressure dew point below -40℃, thereby obtaining deeply dried, water-free, oil-free, high-purity compressed air to meet the needs of gas users. Due to the reasonable working cycle and full utilization of adsorption heat, the regeneration effect is good, saving energy and consuming less gas.
