Application Scope

The TYF series turbine oil vacuum oil filter is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power and other fields. It is mainly suitable for steam turbine turbine oil, water turbine turbine oil, and also applicable to hydraulic oil, refrigeration oil and other low-viscosity lubricating oils that need to remove large amounts of water and achieve precise filtration of impurities.

The TYF series turbine oil vacuum oil filter has multiple patented technologies, integrating vacuum drying, separation engineering technology, coalescence technology, adsorption technology and precision filtration technology. Under high vacuum state, it can quickly and reliably remove water, gas, impurities, colloids, sludge and various pigments from oil. It also reduces dielectric loss and acid value, improves demulsification, and enhances oil quality. It can operate online, automatically drain water without stopping the machine, making waste oil meet the usage standards of new oil, and is easy to operate.

For example, during long-term operation of steam turbines in power plants and power stations, moisture, dust and solid particle impurities inevitably mix into turbine oil due to various complex reasons, accelerating oil oxidation and promoting the formation of foam, scale and sludge, causing serious emulsification of oil, making it difficult to separate oil and water, and reducing the lubricating, anti-wear, heat dissipation and cooling performance of the oil. At the same time, it causes corrosion and wear of metal components in the turbine, affecting the safe operation of the turbine. Strong ability to remove moisture and break emulsion

The adopted coalescence separation technology and specially made demulsification device (water separator) can quickly and easily separate large amounts of water from oil, and also facilitate the removal of trace moisture in oil, making turbid and emulsified oil clear and transparent.

Strong impurity filtration ability with automatic backwash function

This machine adopts multi-stage cartridge filters with strong impurity filtration ability. The coarse filter uses a large-flow washable filter element with high filtration efficiency, which can remove a large amount of impurities in the oil; the fine filter adopts "gradual densification" technology, with high filtration precision, large dirt-holding capacity, high strength and long service life, which can remove fine particles in the oil, so that even seriously polluted turbine oil can be restored to within the "Control Standards for Pollution Degree of Operating Turbine Oil". The whole machine is designed with automatic backwash function, which not only improves the continuous working time of the equipment, but also ensures the service life of the filter element.
