Product Description

The ZYB series turbine oil vacuum oil filter possesses multiple technologies，integrating vacuum drying, separation engineering technology, coalescence technology, adsorption technology, and precision filtration technology. Under high vacuum conditions, it can quickly and reliably remove water, gas, impurities, colloids, sludge, and various pigments from the oil. It also reduces dielectric loss and acid value, improves demulsification, and comprehensively enhances oil quality. It can operate online, automatically drain water without stopping the machine, enabling waste oil to meet the usage standards of new oil, and is easy to operate.

For example, during long-term operation of steam turbines in power plants and stations, water, dust, and solid particle impurities inevitably mix into turbine oil due to various complex reasons, accelerating oil oxidation and promoting the formation of foam, scale, and sludge, causing severe oil emulsification, making oil-water separation difficult, and reducing the oil's lubricating, anti-wear, heat dissipation, and cooling performance. At the same time, it causes corrosion and wear of metal components in the turbine, affecting the safe operation of the turbine. The ZYB series turbine oil purification device is designed and produced to solve the above problems.

Technical Features

Strong ability to remove water and break emulsions

Adopting world-advanced coalescence separation technology and a specially designed demulsification device (water separator), it can quickly and easily separate large amounts of water from oil, and also facilitate the removal of trace water, making turbid and emulsified oil clear and transparent.

Strong impurity filtration capability with automatic backwash function

This machine adopts multi-stage cartridge filters with strong impurity filtration capability. The coarse filter uses a large-flow washable filter element with high filtration efficiency, capable of removing a large amount of impurities from the oil; the fine filter adopts "gradual densification" technology, with high filtration precision, large dirt-holding capacity, high strength, and long life, capable of removing fine particles from the oil, enabling even severely contaminated turbine oil to be restored to within the "Control Standards for Contamination of Operating Turbine Oil". The entire machine is designed with an automatic backwash function, which not only improves the continuous working time of the equipment but also ensures the service life of the filter elements.
