SF6 Gas Vacuum Pumping and Filling Device, Pumping Rate ≥45L/s Technical Conditions
1. Form: Mobile, air-cooled
2. Working Principle
1) Use a compressor to condense and liquefy SF6 gas under high pressure.
2) Heat exchanger assists gas recovery and refilling
3) During inflation, gas is filled through a buffer
3. Main Performance and Technical Parameters
1) Ultimate vacuum of the device ≤133Pa (special requirements can be ≤5Pa)
2) Vacuum pumping rate of the device: 55m³/h
3) Initial pressure for inflation <133Pa (customized as per user requirements)
Process Description:
1. SF6 Gas Recovery
When SF6 is extracted from a gas chamber, the gas automatically flows through a purification filter, is compressed and cooled by the SF6 compressor, and can be stored in the SF6 storage tank either in gaseous form or in liquid form under high pressure.
2. Vacuuming of SF6 Switchgear
Air and moisture in the switchgear can be removed through a vacuum pump, with the pump outlet vented to the atmosphere.
3. Gas Filling
Purified and dried SF6 is returned from the storage tank to the evacuated gas chamber until the pressure inside the chamber reaches the set working pressure. The above work is carried out in two steps:
Using the pressure of the SF6 storage tank to make the gas flow to the SF6 switchgear until the preset filling pressure is reached.
2. When the pressure in the SF6 storage tank and the SF6 switchgear are balanced, use a compressor to pressurize and fill until the preset filling pressure is reached.
