SF6 Portable Recovery and Filling Device



I.Scope of Application:

      It is very suitable for recovering used SF6 gas and directly compressing it into steel cylinders for liquid storage, facilitating the return of gas to the factory for treatment.It is not recommended to directly fill the recovered gas into SF6 switchgear without treatment (the directly recovered SF6 gas is untreated, with excessive moisture and oil content; you may separately purchase our SF6-specific oil and water removal device, model HK/LOG).

  2. The compressor is belt-driven, open-type air-cooled, high-pressure oil-lubricated compressor

IV. Usage Precautions:                                     



1. The compressor is a high-pressure oil-lubricated compressor; always pay attention to the oil level in the crankcase, which should be at the normal position. If the oil level is low, add oil promptly.                     



2. The compressor of this device *** can recover to 10kPa, but it is strongly recommended to avoid using this feature as much as possible. When the compressor is running, the suction pressure should be controlled near 0 gauge pressure through the pressure reducing valve of this device. The compressor is not a vacuum pump; operating under vacuum conditions will seriously affect its service life.                     



3. This compressor has a slight leakage phenomenon, which does not meet the international and national standards of the SF6 industry in terms of leakage indicators. Please choose accordingly.
