The equipment mainly consists of a diesel power station, a water-ring vacuum pump, and a frame as the main unit. It is connected to the oil-water separation tank via quick couplings with hoses. The separator uses an electric-start water-cooled diesel generator set to absorb oil from the water surface, making operation more convenient and faster. Place the oil recovery disc or oil recovery head in the area where oil is concentrated on the water surface, and use the diesel power and water-ring vacuum pump to absorb the oil into the oil-water separation tank.
2. Scope of Application:
This equipment can be widely used in oil ports, oil depots, docks, shipyards, petroleum, chemical plants, power plants, and sewage treatment stations, among other places.
The equipment has an oil recovery viscosity range of 0 to 2000 cst, suitable for medium and low viscosity oil spill recovery. It can be used in conjunction with the oil booms produced by our company, allowing for simultaneous oil containment and recovery, thereby preventing water surface pollution.
3. Structure:
Power station: diesel engine.
Main unit of the oil recovery machine: composed of a water-ring vacuum pump, cooling water tank, oil-water separation tank, vacuum gauge, overflow valve, liquid level gauge, tank bottom drain valve, oil recovery head suction valve, and a vent valve on the top of the tank.
Oil recovery head: composed of an oil recovery pipe, oil recovery disc, and duckbill-type oil recovery head.
