Connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes, connect the power supply, connect the safety ground wire, check whether all circuits are reliably connected, and close the air release valve and oil inlet valve. First start the vacuum button and observe whether the pointer of the vacuum gauge moves. If it does not move, the power cord needs to be swapped. When the vacuum gauge reaches a negative pressure of 0.06 MPa, you can open the oil inlet valve to allow oil in. When the oil reaches 1/4 of the oil level tube, start the oil discharge button. If the oil level continues to rise, remember that the filtered oil must not be sucked into the vacuum pump to avoid affecting the vacuum degree. Then open the air release valve to maintain the vacuum degree between negative pressure 0.06-0.08, and then start the heating button. During the heating process, set the heating temperature according to the vacuum degree and the water saturation curve chart to heat the oil. Before stopping the oil filtration, first turn off the heating button, wait for the oil to circulate for a few minutes, then turn off the vacuum and oil discharge buttons; otherwise, the service life of the heating tube will be affected. During operation, if the pressure gauge reading is ≥0.3 MPa, it indicates that the filter element has absorbed more impurities, and the machine needs to be stopped to clean the filter element. After the work is completed, open the air release valve to make the vacuum degree zero; otherwise, the service life of the vacuum pump will be affected.

Precautions for High-Efficiency Vacuum Oil Purifier:




1. When connecting the power supply, the ground wire must be connected before operation.

2. During operation, pay attention to the rotation direction of the motor, which should conform to the arrow direction.

3. Do not turn on the heater when there is no oil circulation; otherwise, the heater will be burned out.

4. It is not suitable to use when the working environment temperature is below -30°C or above 40°C.

5. If the vacuum degree reaches 0.08, slightly open the air release valve to control the vacuum degree between 0.06; otherwise, oil will enter the vacuum pump. If the oil level in the oil level tube continues to rise, slightly close the oil inlet valve.
