Product Overview
The SGR-S series stainless steel vertical pipeline centrifugal pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) is a new generation of single-stage centrifugal pump products. It can replace conventional centrifugal pumps used in general applications. According to different customer needs, PTFE mechanical seals, explosion-proof motors, etc. can be customized.
Product Features
1. The pump has a compact structure, small size, and beautiful appearance. Its vertical structure requires a small installation area, and its center of gravity coincides with the center of the pump foot, thereby enhancing the pump's operational stability and service life;
2. The inlet and outlet diameters are the same and on the same centerline, making installation convenient. There is no need to change the pipeline; it can be directly installed at any part of the pipeline like a valve. The motor can also be placed outdoors with a rain cover;
3. The pump and motor are coaxial, simplifying the intermediate structure and increasing operational stability. The impeller has excellent dynamic and static balance, resulting in low vibration and noise during operation, extending bearing life and improving the working environment;
4. The motor uses a heat-dissipating cast aluminum housing, imported bearings, stainless steel 316 welded rotor shaft, fluororubber "O" rings, fluororubber mechanical seals, and all flow-through parts are precision cast from stainless steel.
5. Maintenance is convenient; there is no need to disassemble the pipeline. Just remove the connecting frame, take out the motor and transmission components for inspection and maintenance;
6. Its unique structure and careful design not only reduce the pump room area and improve space but also greatly save infrastructure investment.
