Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester Purpose - Yangzhou Darui

Darui Electric recommends for you

1. Testing of all individual components in secondary dispatching (current, voltage, time, differential, balance, negative sequence, distance, power direction, inverse time, frequency, synchronization, reclosing relays, etc.).

2. Complete set transmission, capable of simulating various simple or complex transient, permanent, and converting faults, and can superimpose transient DC components on the fundamental wave.

3. Can arbitrarily superimpose various harmonics, with the superposition initial angle and content controllable online.

4. Can output AC quantities of different frequencies per phase, dual-use for AC and DC.

5. Low-frequency unit, convenient for testing microcomputer low-frequency and low-voltage load shedding protection.

6. Automatic scanning of various protection time characteristics. Scanning of power and impedance protection characteristic curves.

7. Automatic testing of differential ratio and harmonic braking characteristics for microcomputer main transformer protection.

8. Automatic testing of complete set distance, zero sequence, and overcurrent protection.

9. User-programmable test unit to meet special test purposes, such as testing of automatic standby power switching devices.

10. Testing of various protections such as generator loss of excitation, loss of synchronism, reverse excitation, reverse power, and synchronization.

Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester Model Classification

Microcomputer relay protection testers can be roughly divided into three categories based on model: single-phase, three-phase, and six-phase.

Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester Abnormal Phenomena and Handling

1. Alarm light on a certain current phase jack lights up with an alarm sound: This phase current is open circuit or the load exceeds the actual output range. Check the wiring and load before retrying.

2. When the power amplifier power is turned on or a voltage is output, the power amplifier immediately trips, the power indicator flashes red light and there is an alarm sound: Pop up the power amplifier button, check whether there is a short circuit or severe overload in the voltage circuit.

3. During the test, the power amplifier power trips: First, stop the software operation output, then pop up the power amplifier button. The self-protection signal should reset, and the power indicator light turns

green and the alarm sound stops. Then press the power amplifier button again to continue the test. If after popping up the panel power amplifier button, the self-protection signal cannot be reset, or after pressing the button again, the self-protection acts again, consider whether high current has been output for a long time.
