Vacuum oil filter is designed based on the boiling points of water and oil. It is composed of a vacuum heater, condenser, primary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump, and electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump creates a vacuum tank within the air. Under normal pressure, the boundary oil enters the main filter through the inlet pipe, removing larger particles, and then enters the heating tank. The heated oil is separated into a semi-mist state by the rapid rotation of the spray wing, and the water in the oil quickly evaporates into steam. It is continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled and discharged back to the original water, and it is heated in the vacuum. The oil in the tank is pumped into the refining unit, filtered through oil paper or filter elements to remove particulate impurities, completing vacuum filtration. This machine can quickly remove impurities, water, and gas from the oil, allowing clean oil to be discharged from the oil outlet.

Precautions for operation of vacuum oil filter

1. During operation of the vacuum pump, attention should be paid to the oil condition indicated by the oil level standard (the oil level should be above the oil standard line). When the vacuum pump contains more moisture, the vacuum pump oil should be replaced promptly.

2. Always pay attention to changes in the pressure gauge value. When the pressure value is ≥0.4MPa, the filter should be cleaned or the filter element replaced.

3. The filter screen of the primary filter should be regularly disassembled and cleaned to keep it clean, to prevent blockage, which may cause insufficient oil intake or excessive pressure.

4. Please note that any abnormal noise or issues with the vacuum pump, oil pump, and corresponding motors during operation should be immediately addressed.

5. When the high-efficiency vacuum filter stops working, the vacuum pump oil should be drained and replaced with new oil.

6. Before treating oil with the vacuum oil filter, clean water and impurities should be sucked from the bottom of the oil tank to ensure the pressure is above 10 kV.
