1 No display on the insulation oil withstand voltage tester

Handling method:

1.1 Check if there is power supply

1.2 Check if the fuse is blown. One fuse is located in the power socket, and the other is on the panel.



2 After displaying "Running", it does not increase voltage or alarm

Handling method:

The fuse on the panel is blown. Replace it with a new 5A fuse.

3 When printing, the font is very small and the paper does not advance

Handling method:

The printing paper is rolled too tightly. Open the printer panel and loosen the paper by a few turns.

4 The printed text is very unclear

Handling method:

The printer ribbon is used up. Replace the printer ribbon.

Instrument Maintenance

1 The oil cup and electrodes must be kept clean. During periods of non-use, they must be protected by filling with new transformer oil. After testing poor-quality oil, they must be washed with solvent gasoline or carbon tetrachloride, and dried before further use.

2 The oil cup and electrodes should be inspected once a month after continuous use. Check whether the distance between the measuring electrodes has changed, and observe with a magnifying glass whether the electrode surface has darkened. If this phenomenon occurs, readjust the distance and wipe the electrodes clean with chamois or silk cloth. If the instrument is not used for a long time, this work should also be done before use.

3 If the instrument is not used for a long time, please power it on once a month for 1 hour.

4 If the instrument does not work properly, check whether the fuse is blown. Replace it with a fuse of the same model before continuing the test.
