Instructions for Using the Intelligent Dry Air Generator

<1>, When removing the instrument from the packaging box, please verify that the accessories and warranty card are complete.

<2>, Check the instrument's appearance and interior for any severe damage caused during transportation or other abnormalities.

<3>, Preparation before startup and connection:

(1) Replace the sealing plug on the "Air Input" port on the rear panel with the "filter" from the accessories.

(2) Tighten the sealing cap on the "Air Output" port on the rear panel to ensure no air leakage.

(3) Connect the grounding terminal (middle blade) of the power cord and the instrument chassis to a reliable ground.

(4) Connect the power supply, turn on the switch, and the instrument begins to operate. At this time, the output pressure gauge pointer gradually rises to 0.4 Mpa (set at the factory). After a few minutes, the compressor stops working (as set internally). Then loosen the sealing nut on the Air Output A slightly to allow some exhaust. Soon, the compressor will automatically restart. During the repeated cycle of the compressor starting-stopping-starting, the pressure gauge should always remain at 0.4 Mpa, indicating that the instrument is normal. (When the exhaust volume exceeds the rated value, the pressure gauge will not stabilize at 0.4 Mpa).

(5) During the start-stop cycle of the compressor, some water will be automatically discharged each time it stops, but this cannot completely replace manual drainage, so manual drainage is still required regularly.

(6) After the above steps are normal, turn off the power, remove the pressure cap on the air output port, connect the instrument with a pipe of appropriate outer diameter, and ensure a sealed and leak-free connection.

(7) For subsequent operation, simply turn on the power switch.

(8) If only one output is used, seal the other outlet with a blind cap.
