Oil filter paper punching machine operation precautions

Attention should be paid to the difference between vacuum oil filter and other types of oil filters, that is, to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during oil filtration work, and also to ensure the safety of the transformer being filtered; Precautions during operation of the oil filter:

1. When used on site, the oil filter should be placed as close as possible to the transformer or oil tank, the oil suction pipeline should not be too long, and pipeline resistance should be minimized.

2. The connecting pipes (including oil tanks) must be thoroughly cleaned in advance and have good sealing performance.

3. Strictly follow the operating procedures. When starting the oil filter, it is necessary to wait until the vacuum pump, oil pump, and heater operate normally and ensure good internal circulation before processing the oil.

4. The oil to be purified contains a large amount of mechanical impurities and free water. It is necessary to first remove the water and impurities at the bottom, and then use other filtering equipment (such as centrifugal oil filter, pressure oil filter) to fully filter to meet the crude oil standard required by the vacuum oil filter, before using the vacuum oil filter for filtration, so as not to affect the service life of the oil filter.

5. During operation, the working conditions of the oil filter (such as vacuum degree, flow rate, temperature, etc.) should be strictly monitored, and the quality of the oil before and after treatment (such as breakdown voltage) should be regularly tested to monitor the purification effect of the oil filter.

6. During winter operations, components such as pipelines and vacuum tanks should be insulated. When filtering oil in substations, the relevant regulations in the electric power industry safety work regulations issued by the electric power industry must also be followed.
