It is composed of an SF6 compressor, vacuum pump, anti-oil return device in the vacuum system, condensation system, liquid storage tank, purification system with built-in renewable dry filter, dust filter, ball valves, vacuum gauge, as well as electrical control, pressure detection, thermometer and alarm device control and instrument panel and other auxiliary facilities.

Main Functions:
● Measure the vacuum degree of the device itself, electrical equipment, storage tanks, and vacuum pumping

Precautions:
1、 Before use, check whether all connecting parts are correct and the interfaces are sealed.
2、 The oil level of equipment components should be appropriate.
3、 The vacuum pump must not run in reverse.
4、 Do not open the vacuum gauge V9 when there is gas pressure in the equipment.
5、 Replace the filter element after 5000 hours of operation. Replace the molecular sieve after 10000 hours.
6、 When recovering gas, the refrigeration system can be turned on 15-30 minutes in advance.
7、 When the refrigeration system is turned on, a small amount of condensed water will be discharged, which can be handled appropriately.
