Personnel engaged in power testing often need to perform SF6 gas vacuum test during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of SF6 electrical products such as GCBP, GCBT, and GIS in actual work. They need to use the SF6 gas vacuum inflation device. Due to its large size and heavy weight, maintenance can be troublesome if damaged. Therefore, attention should be paid to maintenance and care in daily work. This article briefly introduces how to maintain the SF6 gas vacuum inflation device.
The equipment and its surrounding environment should be kept clean and dry.
Turn on the main power switch. If the red button light is on, it means the phase sequence is correct. If not, it is necessary to open the switch of the electrical box to change the phase. Open the main valve and press the green button on the electrical box to start the vacuum pump. Observe the oil level of the vacuum pump. If the oil level is close to the oil standard 2/3, then put it into operation. If the oil level is too low, the pump can be stopped to add oil to the 2/3 oil standard. If the oil is overfilled and the amount is large, the pump can be stopped and drained to the 2/3 oil standard. (The Roots vacuum pump is controlled by the vacuum gauge itself and starts when the vacuum degree reaches 1200 Pa.) - At the same time, it must also be ensured that the oil level in the Roots pump cup is not less than 1/3. Then, according to different oil extraction pipelines, the valve on the pipeline can be opened, that is, the vacuum on the road. Turn on the power switch of the vacuum gauge, and the indicator light is on. Open the ball valve and observe the vacuum degree of the system.
Always pay attention to the oil level of the vacuum pump, keeping it at the 2/3 position. Generally, it is recommended that a new pump change oil once after 100 hours, and then once every 500-1000 hours. When the vacuum pump is used for a long time, the vacuum degree gradually decreases, which may be caused by the turbidity of the pump oil mixed with condensable gas and pump oil, and the deterioration of rubber parts. This can be solved by changing the oil or replacing rubber parts. The vacuum gauge is a precision instrument and should be stored in a dry and clean environment. Among them, the adjustment (sensor is a vulnerable part, and vibration should be avoided as much as possible). If the vacuum gauge measures incorrectly, check whether the sealing ring and the vacuum gauge sealing ring are damaged or replace them.
The SF6 gas vacuum inflation device is large and heavy. If damaged, it is difficult to repair. Therefore, power workers should pay special attention when using this equipment in work, and follow the above maintenance methods to make the equipment last longer.
