Detailed Introduction of DL-A Two-Stage High-Efficiency Vacuum Oil Filter

DL-A Two-Stage High-Efficiency Vacuum Oil Filter

Purpose

Used for filtering ultra-high voltage transformer oil, suitable for 110KV-500KV power transmission and transformation equipment processing. Perform oil treatment on site and vacuum drying for damp electrical equipment. Vacuumize newly installed or overhauled transformers, and simultaneously perform vacuum oil filling.

Principle and Features

This machine adopts an oil-water separation technology combining thin-film evaporation and drying, equipped with (two-stage) vacuum pumping speed and heating power that match each other in flow, and is equipped with high-efficiency degassing elements, giving the machine optimal dehydration function. Treat insulating oil at room temperature, with performance indicators exceeding standards. Adopts composite microporous filtration technology, with strong dirt holding capacity and high filtration precision. Compact and efficient, reliable operation, easy to move, especially suitable for on-site treatment of insulating oil.

Working Flow Chart

Under vacuum state, the oil enters the electric heater after passing through the coarse filter, then enters the vacuum degassing tank through the rotary separator for oil-water separation. Water and gas are removed through the defoamer, cooler, Roots vacuum pump, and backing pump. The oil after removing water and gas is transported by the oil pump to the fine filter to remove impurities, and then purified oil is output.
