RTQC-60 SF6 Gas Vacuum Pumping Device
The RTQC-60 vacuum pumping device is mainly used for vacuum pumping and vacuum degree measurement during installation, operation, and maintenance of porcelain-clad SF6 circuit breakers, transformers, and other SF6 electrical equipment. The RTQC-60 is a compact SF6 gas charging and pumping device, with the entire charging and vacuum pumping system mounted on a very sturdy metal cart frame, allowing it to move freely even on gravel roads.
This device complies with the DL/T662-1999 "Sulfur Hexafluoride Charging and Recovery Device" standard. It consists of a vacuum pump, pointer-type vacuum gauge, regulating valve, gas pipeline, and necessary valves and instrument control components for maintaining SF6 circuit breakers. It has the following main functions:
1. Vacuum pumping and vacuum measurement for SF6 electrical equipment;
2. Charging SF6 electrical equipment.

SF6 Gas Vacuum Pumping Device Maintenance Methods
1. Keep the device and its surrounding environment clean and dry at all times.
2. Regularly check the oil level of the vacuum pump, keeping it at the center of the oil level indicator. Generally, for a new pump, it is recommended to change the oil after 100 hours of use, and thereafter every 500-1000 hours. (The common oil grades for vacuum pumps are SY1634-701, or HJ-45, HJ-50. It is recommended to use PRO-100 high-speed vacuum pump oil as a lubricant).
3. Over time, the vacuum degree of the vacuum pump may gradually decrease, possibly due to condensable gases mixed into the pump oil, oil cracking and deterioration, or aging of rubber parts. This can be resolved by changing the oil or replacing rubber parts.
