Main Functions:
l Vacuumize and measure vacuum degree of the device body, electrical equipment, storage tanks, etc. l Recover SF6 gas from electrical equipment.
l Dry and purify the recovered and refilled SF6 gas.
l Refill SF6 gas into electrical switches.
l Compress SF6 gas for liquid storage.
Main Components and Advantages:
1. Adopts the system principle from DILO Company, Germany, with advanced design, complete functions, reasonable structure, and simple and clear operation.
2. The compression system introduces a two-stage single-acting compressor with foreign compression technology. This compressor can directly compress SF6 gas into liquid and store it in the SF6 storage tank (or use auxiliary refrigeration compression storage), achieving oil-free rapid recovery of SF6 gas.
3. The vacuum system uses a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with fast vacuum rate, and is equipped with an oil return prevention device.
4. The recovery and pressurization system uses a single-stage rotary vane pump (diaphragm pump) with low residual pressure and fast speed.
5. The purification system adopts the filter principle from Pannier Company, USA. The filter is enhanced with built-in vacuum electric heating and high-efficiency adsorbent, making the purification effect more significant (no frequent replacement of adsorbent required).
