Main Features of High-Efficiency Vacuum Oil Purifier

Compared with some similar products at home and abroad, this machine has the following characteristics:

1. Small size and light weight, which is half the weight of similar products.

2. The design of the original oil-gas separator has been improved and perfected. Using vacuum oil inlet, a tubular rotary oil sprayer is installed, which reduces resistance, speeds up rotation, and enhances oil-gas separation effect.

3. Added regeneration and purification function for deteriorated oil. Previous vacuum oil purifiers only removed impurities and moisture; this machine adds a silica gel oil purification system, integrating silica gel oil purification with impurity filtration. For slightly deteriorated transformer oil, after filtering out impurities, it passes through the silica gel purifier for adsorption and regeneration, reaching the standard of qualified oil.

4. Multi-function in one machine. This is an important feature of this machine. Since it is used on-site and utilizes the original oil-containing equipment as oil storage tanks, hot oil circulates between the machine and the equipment, allowing three functions—oil filtration, regeneration, and hot oil circulation drying—to be carried out simultaneously, saving labor and time, truly achieving three benefits at once.

Working Principle of High-Efficiency Vacuum Oil Purifier

The high-efficiency vacuum oil purifier is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, fine filter, primary filter, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump, and electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump extracts air from the vacuum tank to create a vacuum. Under atmospheric pressure, external oil enters the primary filter through the oil inlet pipe, removing larger particles, then enters the heating tank. After being heated to 40-75°C, the oil enters the vacuum tank, where moisture in the oil rapidly evaporates into water vapor and is continuously sucked into the oil-water separator by the vacuum pump. The water vapor in the separator is cooled and condensed back into water, which is then discharged. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged by the oil discharge pump into the fine filter, where particulate impurities are filtered out through the filter element. This completes the entire process of vacuum filtration to quickly remove impurities, moisture, and gases from the oil, and clean oil is discharged from the outlet.

Instructions for Using High-Efficiency Vacuum Oil Purifier

Connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes, connect the power supply, ensure proper grounding, check that all circuits are securely connected, and close the air release valve and oil inlet valve. First, start the vacuum button and observe whether the pointer on the vacuum gauge moves; if not, the power cord needs to be swapped. When the vacuum gauge reaches a negative pressure of 0.06 MPa, open the oil inlet valve to allow oil in. When the oil level reaches 1/4 of the oil level tube, start the oil discharge button. If the oil level continues to rise, be careful not to let the filtered oil be sucked into the vacuum pump, as this would affect the vacuum degree. In that case, open the air release valve to maintain the vacuum between -0.06 and -0.08 MPa, then start the heating button. During heating, set the heating temperature according to the vacuum degree and water saturation curve. Before stopping the oil filtration, turn off the heating button first, let the oil circulate for a few minutes, then turn off the vacuum and oil discharge buttons; otherwise, the service life of the heating tubes will be affected. During operation, if the pressure gauge reading is ≥0.3 MPa, it indicates that the filter element has absorbed a lot of impurities and needs to be cleaned with the machine stopped. After work is completed, open the air release valve to bring the vacuum to zero; otherwise, the service life of the vacuum pump will be affected.

Precautions for High-Efficiency Vacuum Oil Purifier:

1. When connecting the power supply, ensure proper grounding before operation.

2. During operation, pay attention to the motor rotation direction, which should match the arrow direction.

3. Do not turn on the heater without oil circulation, as it will burn out the heater.

4. It is not suitable to use when the working environment temperature is below -30°C or above 40°C.

5. If the vacuum degree reaches 0.08, slightly open the air release valve to control the vacuum degree around 0.06; otherwise, oil may enter the vacuum pump. If the oil level in the oil level tube continues to rise, slightly close the oil inlet valve.
