Features of Vacuum Plate-and-Frame Oil Filter
I. Purpose and Functions
The LY plate-type oil filter is specially designed for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, lubricating oil warehouses, tractor stations, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, national defense units, etc. It is mainly used to filter water and impurities in transformer oil, turbine oil, engine oil, diesel oil, aviation hydraulic oil, etc. It can also use stainless steel material for filtering vegetable oil. The machine consists of a filter bed, oil pump, and coarse filter and other components. Between the filter plates and frames, filter paper or cloth is used as the filtering medium. With the pressure of the pressing device, the filter plates and frames are fixed to form individual filter chambers. The filter paper or cloth pressed between the plates and frames plays the filtering role. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, and low operating cost. ※The material of filter plates and frames can be selected from cast iron, aluminum alloy, or engineering plastics.
※Heated and explosion-proof plate-type oil filters can be customized according to user requirements.
