Precautions:
1. Since the compressor is an inductive load, the instantaneous current during power on/off is several times higher than normal operation, making it easier to blow fuses. An 8A fuse tube should be used.
2. If the compressor does not start during operation and the thermal protection relay activates, it indicates that the compressor temperature is too high. It will automatically return to normal after cooling.
3. To avoid excessive water accumulation in the machine affecting air purity, press the drain switch for a few seconds before each shutdown. (You can connect the drain outlet to a plastic bottle to prevent water splashing). Drain at least once a day.
Usage Instructions:
When removing the instrument from the packaging box, please check that the accessories and warranty card are complete.
1. Inspect the instrument's appearance and interior for any severe damage caused by transportation or other abnormalities.
2. Preparation before startup and connection:
(1) Replace the sealing plug on the "Air Input" port on the rear panel with the "filter" from the accessories.
(2) Tighten the sealing cap on the "Air Output" port on the rear panel to ensure no air leakage.
(3) Reliably ground the instrument's power cord ground terminal (middle blade) and the chassis.
(4) Connect the power supply, turn on the switch, and the instrument starts working. At this time, the output pressure gauge pointer gradually rises to 0.4Mpa (set at the factory). After a few minutes, the compressor stops (set internally). Then loosen the sealing nut on Air Output A slightly to allow some exhaust. Soon, the compressor will automatically restart. During the repeated cycle of compressor start-stop-start, the pressure gauge should always remain at 0.4Mpa, indicating the instrument is normal. (If the exhaust volume exceeds the rated value, the pressure gauge will not stabilize at 0.4Mpa).
Overview:
Specifically designed to provide high-purity dry air with a dew point as low as -60℃~-70℃ for large power equipment such as transformers and reactors during installation and maintenance. It can replace traditional drying methods such as hot oil circulation, nitrogen supplementation, and vacuum drying, and is more efficient, economical, safe, and environmentally friendly.
During installation and maintenance of power equipment, it is not affected by changes in external weather conditions. Especially for overnight operations, simply seal the flanges and fill with dry air to 0.02-0.03Mpa. There is no need for oil injection, nitrogen supplementation, or vacuuming. Transformers, reactors, and other power equipment will not be affected by moisture, greatly reducing workload and achieving the effect of shortening construction periods and improving installation and maintenance quality.
