Instructions:
<1>, When removing the instrument from the packaging box, please verify that the accessories and warranty card are complete.
<2>, Check the instrument's appearance and interior for any severe damage caused during transportation or other abnormalities.
<3>, Preparation before startup and connection:
(1) Use the "filter" from the accessories to replace the sealing plug on the "air inlet" port on the back panel of the instrument.
(2) Tighten the sealing cap on the "air outlet" port on the back panel to ensure no air leakage.
(3) Reliably ground the grounding terminal (middle plate) of the instrument's power cord and the chassis.
(4) Connect the power supply, turn on the switch, and the instrument will start working. At this time, the output pressure gauge pointer gradually rises to 0.4 MPa (set at the factory). After a few minutes, the compressor stops working (set internally). Then loosen the sealing nut on the air output A slightly to allow some exhaust. Soon, the compressor will automatically restart. During the repeated cycle of compressor start-stop-start, the pressure gauge should always remain at 0.4 MPa, indicating that the instrument is normal. (When the exhaust volume exceeds the rated value, the pressure gauge will not stabilize at 0.4 MPa).
(5) During the start-stop cycle of the compressor, it will automatically discharge some water each time it stops, but this cannot fully replace manual drainage, so manual drainage is still required regularly.
(6) After the above is normal, turn off the power, remove the pressure cap from the air outlet, connect the instrument with a pipe of appropriate outer diameter, and ensure a sealed, leak-free connection.
(7) For subsequent operation, simply turn on the power switch.
(8) If only one output is used, seal the other outlet with a blind cap.
Precautions:
1. Since the compressor is an inductive load, the instantaneous current during power on/off is several times higher than normal operation, making it easier to blow fuses. Use an 8A fuse.
2. If the compressor does not start during operation and the thermal overload relay activates, it indicates the compressor temperature is too high. It will automatically recover after cooling down.
3. To avoid excessive water accumulation in the machine affecting air purity, press the drain switch for a few seconds before each shutdown. (You can connect a plastic bottle to the drain port to prevent water splashing). Drain at least once a day.
4. Observe the condition of the indicating silica gel through the observation window. Users can replace the silica gel as needed or perform drying treatment.
5. To ensure gas purity, the activated carbon needs to be replaced every 1000 hours of operation (activated carbon is 20-40 mesh, pencil lead type).
6. Since the compressor operates in an open-circuit mode, lubricating oil will be discharged with water, causing consumption. Therefore, after one year of use, add lubricating oil to the compressor appropriately. The oil filling port is next to the compressor outlet (or can be added through the inlet). It is recommended to add 200 grams of No. 18 refrigeration oil.
7. The inlet filter needs regular cleaning (the interval depends on indoor dust conditions; ultrasonic cleaning can be used) to maintain smooth air intake. Otherwise, it may increase the compressor's workload and cause overheating, leading to thermal protection shutdown at high temperatures.
Applications and Functions:
Intelligent Dry Air Generator, specifically designed to provide high-purity dry air with a dew point as low as -60℃~-70℃ for large electrical equipment such as transformers and reactors during installation and maintenance. It can replace traditional drying methods such as hot oil circulation, nitrogen supplementation, and vacuum drying, and is more efficient, economical, safe, and environmentally friendly.
Intelligent Dry Air Generator, during installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, it is not affected by changes in external weather conditions. Especially for overnight operations, simply seal the flanges and fill with dry air to 0.02-0.03 MPa. There is no need for oil filling, nitrogen supplementation, vacuum pumping, etc. Transformers, reactors, and other electrical equipment will not be affected by moisture, greatly reducing workload, shortening construction periods, and improving installation and maintenance quality.
It is also suitable for air drying and circulating drying in warehouses, packaging, electronics, pharmaceutical, and other industries. It is also applicable for drying nitrogen, hydrogen for generator sets, and SF6 equipment.
Replacing traditional drying methods, it is efficient, economical, safe, and environmentally friendly. It integrates air compression, cold drying, and adsorption, and is freely movable.
Product Principle:
Atmospheric air enters the air storage tank via the air compressor. Most of the moisture is compressed and liquefied, then discharged through the drain valve, achieving the first drying. Then it enters the refrigerated dryer where water vapor condenses into water, achieving the second drying. Subsequently, it enters the adsorption dryer for the third drying, adsorbing the remaining trace moisture. Finally, it passes through a high-precision air filter and is delivered to the equipment requiring dry gas.
Performance and Features:
It mainly consists of four systems: air source system, refrigeration drying system, adsorption drying system, and electrical control system, forming a mobile high-purity dry air generating device.
Air source system composition: It consists of an air dust filter, an oil-free air pump (or screw-type oil-free air compressor), radiator (air-cooled), air-water separator, and filter, outputting clean and oil-free gas.
Refrigeration drying system composition: This device mainly uses imported fully sealed high-temperature compression refrigeration units, with stable and reliable performance, providing greater cooling capacity. The system configuration includes an imported fully sealed compressor unit, air heat exchanger, evaporator, air-water separator, and fine filter; during the refrigeration process, R22 refrigerant first passes through the fully sealed high-temperature compression refrigeration compressor, cooler, desiccant, solenoid valve, and finally returns to the refrigeration compressor through the evaporator, achieving a low-temperature environment of 0-5℃ inside the evaporator.
Electrical control: The main control electrical parts use Schneider Electric; the entire machine's electrical performance is stable, safe, and reliable.
