The DTL series multifunctional vacuum oil filter can effectively remove contaminants in oil such as moisture, water-soluble acids, alkalis, oil sludge, dust impurities, mechanical impurities, etc., improving the kinematic viscosity, flash point, and emulsification of the oil. It enables the oil to quickly restore to the required performance, approaching or meeting the corresponding new oil standards.
II. Performance Features
���The DTL series multifunctional vacuum oil filter can be equipped with two filtration systems: vacuum filtration system + plate and frame pressure filtration system. The structure design is novel and reasonable, with superior performance, high automation, simple and convenient operation, and pure physical oil purification method.
●This series of equipment uses polymer composite stainless steel filter elements to directly remove impurities in the oil. It effectively ensures the filtration accuracy of the oil, and the filter elements are washable and can be reused multiple times, reducing the cost of consumables in the later stage. The filter elements of the same model are larger in size, increasing the filtration area.
●In addition, based on years of practical experience, our company has set up multiple protection systems on the operating system of the whole machine, including: filter element filtration protection, whole machine overpressure shutdown protection, phase loss protection, oil circuit break protection, automatic liquid level and air release valve protection, heating overheat protection, etc. This ensures the safe use of the equipment.
