Product Detailed Introduction: Uses of Plate and Frame Oil Filter
The oil filter is specially designed for power plants, substations, power supply stations, oil depots, and related enterprises to filter transformer oil, capacitor oil, spindle oil, and insulating oil, removing impurities and moisture, and improving the oil's voltage resistance. It has a good purification effect on oil and is an ideal oil-saving recovery equipment.
Main structural features of the plate and frame oil filter
This machine is composed of a gear pump, filter, safety valve, oil return valve, filter bed, rear support, chassis, tie rod, coupling, and motor. The gear pump, coupling, and motor are installed on the chassis, and the filter is installed on the front side of the gear pump. The filter is equipped with an oil return valve. The filter bed is installed above the gear pump, where the filter plates and frames are alternately arranged to form a filter chamber. Filter paper is sandwiched between the filter plates and frames.
The oil inlet and outlet hoses are connected to the inlet and outlet pipe joints. When oil is sucked in from the filter inlet, it passes through the filter to remove larger particles and impurities, then enters the gear pump. Driven by the motor, the gear pump rotates to generate pressure, causing the oil to enter the filter bed, permeate through the filter paper, and filter out impurities from the oil.
Then the oil is discharged from the oil outlet pipe. When the oil pressure exceeds the specified value, the safety valve immediately activates, causing the oil to circulate within the pump, preventing the pressure from rising further, ensuring the safety of the equipment. The oil sampling valve is used to take oil samples for voltage resistance and other physical and chemical performance tests. This machine adopts a chassis with roller structure, which can be moved by pulling the tie rod manually.
