Application Scope

DZJ series turbine oil vacuum oil filteris widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power and other fields. The DZJ series turbine oil vacuum oil filter has multiple patented technologies, integrating vacuum drying, separation engineering technology, coalescence technology, adsorption technology and precision filtration technology. Under high vacuum state, it can quickly and reliably remove water, gas, impurities, colloids, sludge and various pigments from the oil. It also reduces dielectric loss and acid value, improves demulsification, and **enhances the quality of the oil. It can operate online, automatically drain water without stopping the machine, making waste oil reach the standard of new oil, and is easy to operate.

For example, during long-term operation of steam turbines in power plants and power stations, water, dust and solid particle impurities will inevitably mix into the turbine oil due to various complex reasons, accelerating oil oxidation, and promoting the formation of foam, scale and sludge, causing serious emulsification of the oil, making it difficult to separate oil and water, and reducing the lubricating, anti-wear, heat dissipation, cooling and other properties of the oil. Strong ability to remove water and demulsify
