Connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes, connect the power supply, connect the safety ground wire, check whether all circuits are reliably connected, and close the air release valve and oil inlet valve. First start the vacuum button and observe whether the pointer of the vacuum gauge moves. If it does not move, the power cord needs to be swapped. When the vacuum gauge reaches a negative pressure of 0.06MPa, open the oil inlet valve to allow oil in. When the oil reaches 1/4 of the oil level tube, start the oil discharge button. If the oil level keeps rising, be careful not to let the filtered oil be sucked into the vacuum pump, as it may affect the vacuum degree. Then open the air release valve to keep the vacuum degree between negative pressure 0.06-0.08, and then start the heating button. During heating, set the heating temperature according to the vacuum degree and water saturation curve to heat the oil. Before stopping the oil filter, turn off the heating button first, let the oil circulate for a few minutes, then turn off the vacuum and oil discharge buttons; otherwise, it will affect the service life of the heating tube. During operation, if the pressure gauge reading is ≥0.3MPa, it indicates that the filter element has absorbed more impurities and needs to be stopped for cleaning. After work, open the air release valve to make the vacuum degree zero; otherwise, it will affect the service life of the vacuum pump.
