I. Overview:

  YD Series AC/DC High Voltage Test Transformeris a lightweight AC/DC high voltage test transformer produced after extensive improvements based on the original similar products according to the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics' "Test Transformer" standard. It is a new type of product produced after improvements based on the (G) series test transformer according to the national standard "ZBK-41006-89". This series of products features small size, light weight, compact structure, complete functions, strong universality, and convenient use. It is especially suitable for insulation strength tests under power frequency or DC high voltage for various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, and insulating materials in power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, and scientific research departments. II. Product Structure

   The lightweight high-voltage test transformer adopts a single-frame core structure. The primary winding is wound on the iron core, and the high-voltage winding is on the outside. This coaxial arrangement reduces leakage flux, thereby increasing the coupling between windings. The product's shell is made into an octagonal structure that fits well with the core assembly, and the overall appearance is beautiful and generous.
