DZF-20 Explosion-proof Vacuum Oil Filter Instructions
Connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes properly, connect the power supply, ensure the safety ground wire is connected, check that all circuits are reliably connected, and close the air release valve and oil inlet valve. First, start the vacuum button and observe whether the pointer of the vacuum gauge moves. If it does not move, the power cord needs to be swapped. When the vacuum gauge reaches a negative pressure of 0.06 MPa, you can open the oil inlet valve to allow oil in. When the oil level reaches 1/4 of the oil level tube, start the oil discharge button. If the oil level continues to rise, be careful not to let the filtered oil be sucked into the vacuum pump, as this may affect the vacuum degree. In that case, open the air release valve to maintain the vacuum between -0.06 and -0.08 MPa, then start the heating button. During heating, set the heating temperature according to the vacuum degree and the water saturation curve. Before stopping the oil filtration, turn off the heating button first, let the oil circulate for a few minutes, then turn off the vacuum and oil discharge buttons; otherwise, the service life of the heating tubes may be affected. During operation, if the pressure gauge reading is ≥0.3 MPa, it indicates that the filter element has accumulated many impurities and needs to be stopped for cleaning. After work is completed, open the air release valve to bring the vacuum to zero; otherwise, the service life of the vacuum pump may be affected.
Precautions:
1. Before connecting the power supply, the ground wire must be properly connected before operation.
2. During operation, pay attention to the rotation direction of the motor; it should match the arrow direction.
3. Do not turn on the heater when there is no oil circulation; otherwise, the heater may burn out.
4. It is not suitable to use when the working environment temperature is below -30°C or above +40°C.
5. If the vacuum degree reaches 0.08, slightly open the air release valve to control the vacuum degree at 0.06; otherwise, oil may enter the vacuum pump. If the oil level in the oil level tube continues to rise, slightly close the oil inlet valve.
8. Random Accessories and Technical Documents:
1. One instruction manual.
2. One certificate of conformity.
3. One oil inlet pipe and one oil outlet pipe.
