YJ10-30 Vacuum Oil Purifier Applications: It is an ideal equipment for filtering water, gas, and impurity particles from lubricating oil, turbine oil, mechanical oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, refrigeration oil, edible oil, and other oils of various viscosities in power plants, steel mills, petrochemical plants, coal mines, cement plants, ships, paper mills, industrial and mining enterprises, and other machinery industries.
YJ10-30 Vacuum Oil Purifier Features: It adopts domestic advanced technology, uses unique deep uniform heating to prevent the filtered liquid oil from aging, and uses German three-dimensional flash evaporation technology to spray and atomize the heated liquid oil into a thin film, increasing the oil molecular film area and making the dehydration effect 1-2 times faster than other oil purifiers. An infrared automatic foam elimination device can be added to effectively control the rising oil foam under vacuum, preventing it from entering the vacuum pump system. It uses an advanced low-noise high-efficiency oil pump to control the working noise within 65db(a)-70db(a). The fine filtration part uses imported filter media, and the precision can be controlled between 3um and 8um according to customer requirements. It can operate independently or in series online.
