JYD-A Transformer Winding Deformation Tester (Frequency Response Method) is used to test the winding deformation of power transformers at 6kV and above voltage levels, as well as other special-purpose transformers. During operation or transportation, power transformers inevitably suffer from impacts of various fault short-circuit currents or physical collisions. Under the strong electrodynamic force generated by short-circuit currents, transformer windings may lose stability, leading to permanent deformation phenomena such as local distortion, bulging, or displacement, which seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer. According to the national power industry standard DL/T911-2004, the frequency response analysis method is used to measure transformer winding deformation. This is done by detecting the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each winding of the transformer and making longitudinal or transverse comparisons of the test results. Based on the degree of change in the amplitude-frequency response characteristics, the possible deformation of the transformer windings can be determined.
II. Main Technical Featureshttp://www.ast17.com/Admin/public/AdminIndex
1. The sweep frequency method is used to measure the characteristics of transformer windings. Without lifting the transformer cover or disassembling it, by detecting the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each winding, it accurately measures deformation conditions such as distortion, bulging, or displacement for transformers at 6kV and above.
2. Fast measurement speed: measurement time for a single winding is within 2 minutes.
3. Very high frequency accuracy, with accuracy better than 0.001%.
4. Digital frequency synthesis ensures higher frequency stability.
5. 5000V voltage isolation fully protects the safety of the test computer.
6. Up to 9 curves can be loaded simultaneously, and the relevant parameters of each curve are automatically calculated, automatically diagnosing the winding deformation and providing diagnostic reference conclusions.
7. The analysis software is powerful, and both software and hardware indicators meet the DL/T911-2004 standard.
8. The software is user-friendly and highly intelligent; after setting parameters, all measurement work can be completed with just one key press.
9. The software interface is simple and intuitive, with menus for analysis, storage, report export, printing, etc., all clear at a glance.
III. Main Technical Specifications
1. Measurement speed: 1-2 minutes per single-phase winding
2. Output voltage: Vpp-25V, automatically adjusted during testing
