SF6 Micro Water Measurement Instrument
The SF6 micro water measurement instrument uses an advanced humidity sensor. The sensor has a porous mesh gold film on it. Due to the water absorption characteristics of the film, when gas passes through, water molecules are absorbed into it, causing changes in electrical parameters. By measuring this parameter value, the humidity of the measured gas can be obtained.
