Electric Steel Bar Marking GaugeMain Structure Composition
This machine is composed of a base, support frame, V-groove, printing assembly, and circuit part.
Instructions
1. First, determine the marking distance. The method to adjust the marking distance is to loosen the fixing screws on both sides of the printing assembly by 5 mm and then tighten the screws.
2. Lift the cone rod lifting handle, straighten the steel bar and place it into the V-groove (with the straight edge of the deformed steel bar facing up), and tighten it securely.
3. Lower the handle and rotate the small wheel on the left end to position the cone rod at its lowest point. Adjust the height adjustment handle so that the cone tip contacts the steel bar, then continue to lower it by 1-2 mm to ensure sufficient allowance for the cone head to strike into the steel bar.
4. Lift the handle, connect the power supply, switch the direction switch to the left travel position, and turn on the power switch. The power indicator light will be on. If the printing assembly is in the middle position, the working indicator light will also be on. At the same time, the printing assembly will travel to the far left and stop automatically, and the working indicator light will turn off.
5. Lower the cone rod, switch the direction switch to the right travel position, press the right travel button once, wait for the motor to run normally, then release the button. The printing assembly will travel to the far right and stop automatically.
6. Electric Steel Bar Marking Gauge Lift the cone rod, loosen the tightening screws, remove the steel bar, and the marking is completed.
7. Then switch the direction switch to the left travel position, press the left travel button once, after the motor runs, release the button, and the printing assembly will travel to the far left and stop automatically to maintain the ready state for the next operation.
Maintenance and Care
1. The steel bar marking gauge must be reliably grounded before use.
2. When traveling left, the cone rod must be lifted, and the operation must strictly follow the operating methods. Incorrect operation will damage the motor and electrical components.
3. Keep this instrument clean and store it in a dry place.
4. Regularly add lubricating oil to the sliding parts of the steel bar marking gauge.
