Working Principle:
SDH-300 Electric Gauge Length Marking MachineThis equipment rotates a shaft with a spiral groove 360°, sequentially lifting the punches at different angles, and using spring force to strike and mark points in sequence. One full turn of the handle can produce accurate marks on the specimen with a linear spacing of 10mm, totaling 31 points (total length 10mm X (31-1) = 300mm).
Usage Instructions:
1. Adjusting the Marking Speed
A. Plug in the power, the indicator light on the controller will illuminate.
B. Turn on the action switch, rotate the speed setting knob from "0" to the appropriate marking speed. At this time, the handwheel should rotate counterclockwise.
2. Specimen Gauge Length Marking Operation
A. First, push the operating lever away;
B. Place the tensile specimen into the support table;
C. Adjust the position of the specimen support table so that the specimen axis aligns with the marking axis, then lock the support table.
D. Pull the operating lever to bring the punch into contact with the specimen surface.
E. Turn on the action switch to allow the punch to strike the specimen surface, leaving gauge length marks.
