Continuous Steel Bar Marking Machine Introduction
The LD-40 continuous steel bar marking machine is developed and professionally produced according to the new national standard. Its production specification is 405mm. It is used for marking points on round steel, flat steel, steel pipes, section steel, and other non-ferrous metal materials for tensile test samples. This machine has precise structure, convenient use, high efficiency, accurate marking, and is easy to inspect and repair.
Continuous Steel Bar Marking Machine Technical Parameters
1. Each crank rotation can make 40 marking points.
2. The distance between marking points is 10mm±1mm, 5mm±0.5mm, with a total length of 400mm for marking points.
3. Made of ball bearing round steel, with hardness not less than RC55.
Continuous Steel Bar Marking Machine Usage Instructions
1. For marking at 10mm intervals: Place the sample material into the (sample holder) slot, adjust the nut seat according to the length of the sample material, and adjust the sample holder according to the length and diameter of circular materials. Loosen the fixing screw on the sample holder to move it forward or backward. Align with the center of the diameter according to the material requirements, then use your left hand to pull the handle downward until the marking point contacts the sample material, and slightly tighten it. Use your right hand to rotate the handle (clockwise) one full turn (for harder surface materials like section steel and rebar, rotate three to four turns).
2. For marking at 5mm intervals: First mark at 10mm intervals, then gently push (or pull) the screw rod handle with your left hand to shift the sample by 5mm, and mark again. After marking, remove the sample. Our factory provides wearing parts: marking drills and springs. You can purchase them at any time by mail.
Continuous Steel Bar Marking Machine Precautions
1. Keep the two columns and punch parts well lubricated to ensure smooth and flexible operation.
2. Do not bump the punch to avoid losing accuracy, which may render the equipment unusable.
