Direct-reading Salt Density Tester
Product Overview
TPYMC-A Direct-reading Salt Density Tester is a specialized measuring instrument developed for anti-pollution flashover detection in power systems, used to measure the equivalent salt deposit density on the surface of insulators, and it can also measure the conductivity and temperature of the solution. It features high measurement accuracy, intuitive readings, wide measurement range, and ease of use, and is widely applied in electric power, education, scientific research, and other related industries.
The classification of pollution levels and the drawing of pollution level distribution maps are the foundation of anti-pollution flashover work. An accurate pollution level distribution map is the basis for selecting the creepage distance of external insulation of porcelain insulators for transmission and transformation equipment. The equivalent salt deposit density value on the insulator surface is quantitative data for judging the severity of external insulation pollution of porcelain insulators and is one of the important bases for classifying pollution levels and drawing pollution area maps. Therefore, salt density measurement work is of great significance to the safe operation of power systems.
Functional Features
1. The TPYMC-A Direct-reading Salt Density Tester has an automatic range switching function and fast measurement speed (3s/time).
2. Wide measurement range: salt density range 0.0001mg/cm2 to 9.9999mg/cm2.
3. Optional Chinese/English interface switching function.
4. The instrument uses a 480*272 (5-inch) color touch LCD screen.
5. It can directly display and print salt density, conductivity, temperature, pollution level, and unified specific creepage distance.
6. Automatic temperature compensation, directly displaying the standard conductivity at 20°C and equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD).
7. It has the function of automatically removing the salt content of the original solution, reducing the requirements for the cleaning solution.
8. Automatically converts the salt density (ESDD) measured without power to the salt density (ESDD) measured with power.
9. Can store 100,000 groups of records, and can export records to a USB drive or print them via a printer.
10. Can view, delete, and export individual records, and also delete all records.
