The vacuum pump ≥2000m3/h for qualification of installation, repair and testing has a two-stage structure. Its working performance is composed of two parts: high-pressure stage and low-pressure stage.Its suction port is connected to a vacuum container or vacuum equipment. During operation, a large amount of gas in the container will be sucked in and discharged. When the equipment obtains a vacuum, the exhaust valve plate of the high-pressure stage will be closed, and the gas inhaled by the high-pressure stage will be transferred to the second stage, and then inhaled and discharged through the second stage, so that the vacuum equipment can obtain a certain vacuum. The technical parameter of this pump is 6×10-2pa. According to the user's usage, this pump is used as a fore pump. Due to the enhanced pumping force of the booster pump, the fore pump continuously pumps out, which can enable your equipment to obtain a higher vacuum. This pump is suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, electro-optical source vacuum, vacuum coating, food packaging, medicine, blister, electronics
drying and other fields.
1. The JLT vacuum pump is one of the basic equipment for extracting gas. It can be used alone or connected with booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps and other vacuum pumps as a fore pump. It is widely used in electronic device manufacturing, vacuum drying, filtration, impregnation, coating, smelting and laboratory equipment.
2. The JLT vacuum pump can be operated for a long time under the conditions of ambient temperature 5℃～40℃ and inlet pressure less than 10 Torr. When the relative temperature of the pumped gas is greater than 90%, the gas ballast valve should be opened.
3. The JLT vacuum pump must not be operated with the inlet open to the atmosphere continuously for more than 3 minutes.
4. The JLT vacuum pump is not suitable for extracting gases that are corrosive to metals, chemically react with pump oil, contain particulate dust, or are highly oxygenated or toxic.
