I. Overview and Applications of 2BE Water Ring Vacuum Pump:

　　2BE Water Ring Vacuum Pump is a high-efficiency and energy-saving product developed by our factory based on years of scientific research achievements and production experience, combined with advanced technology from imported products. It is typically used to suction gases that do not contain solid particles, are insoluble in water, and are non-corrosive, in order to form a vacuum and pressure in a sealed container. By changing the structural materials, it can also be used to suction corrosive gases or use corrosive liquids as the working fluid. It is widely used in industries such as papermaking, chemical, petrochemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, building materials, stone, coal washing, mineral processing, and fertilizer.



　　Since the pump compresses gas isothermally during operation, it can suction flammable and explosive gases. By changing the structural materials, it can also suction corrosive gases or use corrosive liquids as the working fluid.

It can also be used as a backing pump to form a Roots Water Ring Vacuum Unit with a Roots Vacuum Pump, and two 2BE water ring pumps can be combined with a steam-water separator, vacuum tank, heat exchanger, etc. to form a Vacuum Negative Pressure Station.

Since this series of vacuum pumps uses interference fit between the impeller and shaft via hot assembly, and the safety factors of the shaft and bearings are large, it has quite high reliability. The impeller is welded, and the wheel and blades are fully machined, fundamentally solving the dynamic balance problem, ensuring smooth operation and low noise.

2. Easy Maintenance

Since inspection holes are provided on the end covers of the pump, the internal structure can be easily viewed, and the exhaust valve plate can be replaced without disassembling the pump. In addition, the packing can also be replaced without disassembling the pump, making release convenient.

This series of vacuum pumps adopts system optimization design and flexible exhaust valve design, avoiding over-compression during gas compression. By adjusting the exhaust area to reduce energy consumption, it ultimately achieves the best operating efficiency.
