Product Overview
The SGR-S series stainless steel vertical pipeline centrifugal pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) is a new generation of single-stage centrifugal pump products. It can replace conventional centrifugal pumps used in general applications. According to different customer requirements, PTFE mechanical seals, explosion-proof motors, etc. can be customized.
Main Applications
The SGR-S stainless steel vertical pipeline centrifugal pump can be used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurization and water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC and refrigeration cold and hot water circulation pressurization and equipment matching, energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels, restaurants and other boiler hot water pressurization and transportation, and urban heating system circulation pumps. The medium temperature is T≤103℃.
Operating Conditions
1. Applicable medium: The volume content of insoluble solid particles shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm (if the medium contains fine particles, a wear-resistant mechanical seal must be used; please specify when ordering.)
2. The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40°C, the relative humidity shall not exceed 95%, and the altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
3. The pH value of the conveyed medium: 304 (4-10), 316 (2-13)
