TD Series Vertical Inline Centrifugal Pump

TD Series Vertical Inline Centrifugal Pump is a new generation of vertical single-stage inline centrifugal pump with large flow rate, The pump is equipped with a standard motor and mechanical seal. Compared to the previous generation, this product has a wider working curve range, higher efficiency, and is less affected by impurities in the liquid. This series of products is designed with a top-pull-out pipeline structure, and general maintenance and repair can be carried out without dismantling the pipeline. All series of pumps adopt an innovative easy-to-replace mechanical seal, and the mechanical seal can be replaced without removing the motor.

TD Series Vertical Inline Centrifugal Pump products, when used for conveying water, can be used for domestic water, industrial water, cooling system water, and cold and hot water for district heating systems. TD products can be used in the following locations:

·Main circulation pump

·Pump in mixing loop

·Boiler mixing pump

·Gas chiller pump

·Partial flow filter pump

·Pump for constant pressure system

·Domestic hot water circulation

TD Series Vertical Inline Centrifugal Pump adopts a separable structure of motor and pump, and the pump part is designed to be pull-out type. All such products are equipped with standard motors and mechanical seals. The motor is a fully enclosed, air-cooled standard motor. Its main dimensions comply with the JB/T8680 standard.

The pump body of the product is equivalent to a section of pipeline. During pump maintenance, the pump body can be sealed with a blind flange, thus not affecting the normal operation of the system.

The connection flange dimensions of the product comply with the relevant regulations of GB/T17241.6 or ISO7005-2/DIN2501 standards at PN16.

The inlet and outlet diameters of the product comply with relevant standard dimensions.

The pump head of the product is the device that connects the motor and the pump. The seal between it and the pump body adopts an "O" ring
