ISG Series Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump

Main Applications:

1. ISG type vertical pipeline pump is used to deliver clean water and other liquids with physical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurization water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire protection pressurization, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom and other cold and hot water circulation pressurization and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T<80℃.

2. IRG (GRG) type vertical hot water (high temperature) hot water circulation pump is suitable for boiler hot water pressurization circulation and transportation in energy, metallurgy, wood processing, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels, bathrooms, guesthouses and other places, as well as urban heating system circulation pumps. The medium temperature for IRG type shall not exceed 120℃, and for GRG type shall not exceed 240℃.

3. IHG type vertical pipeline chemical pump is used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber industries. The operating temperature is -20℃ to +120℃.

4. IHGB type stainless steel explosion-proof chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting flammable and explosive chemical liquids.

5. YG vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other petroleum products. The temperature of the transported medium is -20℃ to +120℃.

6. ISGD, IRGD, GRGD, IHGD, YGD, IHGBD type vertical low-speed centrifugal pumps are suitable for occasions with very low ambient noise requirements and air conditioning circulation.

Working Conditions:

1. Suction pressure ≤1.0Mpa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤1.6Mpa, that is, pump suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤1.6Mpa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5Mpa. When ordering ISG type pipeline centrifugal pump from Kexide Pump Valve, please specify the system working pressure. If the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be proposed separately when ordering, so that the flow passage components and connecting parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.

2. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size <0.2mm. Note: If the medium used contains fine particles, please specify when ordering so that wear-resistant mechanical seals can be adopted.

3. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <95%.

5. ISG Type Structure Description:

1. The pump and motor share the same end cover, shortening the axial dimension and simplifying the structure.

2. The pump body is provided with pressure tapping holes and drain holes.

3. The pump body is provided with an exhaust valve to discharge air inside the pump before operation.

4. The bottom of the pump body is provided with a mounting base plate and bolt holes to ensure stable installation of the whole unit.
