Operating Instructions:
1. When using the vacuum pump, first remove the inlet cap, connect to the container to be evacuated, and the piping used should be as short as possible.
2. Then check whether the connection at the inlet is tightened, and whether the container to be evacuated and the piping used are reliably sealed without any leakage.
3. Remove the exhaust cap on the trap, turn on the power switch, and the pump starts to run.
4. After use, close the valve between the pump and the container being evacuated.
5. Turn off the power switch on the pump and unplug the power cord.
6. Remove the connecting piping.
7. Finally, cover the inlet cap and exhaust cap tightly to prevent dirt or floating particles from entering the pump chamber.
Precautions:
1. Check whether the thread at the pipe connection matches the thread of the inlet.
2. During operation, pay attention to the oil level change. When the oil in the oil window drops to below 5MM below the single oil level line or below the lower limit of the double oil level line, add vacuum pump oil promptly.
Usage Notes
Preparation:
1. Check whether the power supply used matches the voltage and frequency indicated on the product nameplate.
2. Ensure the switch is in the off position before connecting the pump to the power supply.
3. The pump is filled with oil.
Precautions:
1. Do not add oil too quickly to prevent overflow.
2. When the pump is running, the oil level should be maintained within 5MM above the single oil level line or between the upper and lower limits of the two oil level lines. Too low oil level will reduce pump performance, while too high oil level may cause oil mist to spray out.
