Three-level Maintenance Power SF6 Gas Vacuum Recovery Device
Darui Electric recommends:
Workflow Description
1. SF6 Gas Recovery
When SF6 is extracted from a gas chamber, the gas automatically flows through the purification filter, is compressed and cooled by the SF6 compressor, and can be stored in the SF6 storage tank in gaseous form or in liquid form at a certain high pressure.
2. SF6 Switch Vacuuming
The air and moisture in the switch can be removed through a vacuum pump, with the pump's outlet venting to the atmosphere. (See Figure 2)
3. Gas Filling
Purified and dried SF6 from the storage tank is filled back into the evacuated gas chamber until the pressure inside reaches the set working pressure. The above work is carried out in two steps:
1.
Using the pressure of the SF6 storage tank to direct gas flow to the SF6 switch until the predetermined filling pressure is reached. (See Figure 4)
2. When the pressure in the SF6 storage tank balances with the SF6 switch pressure, a compressor is then used to pressurize and fill until the predetermined filling pressure is reached.
Advantages of Components:
(1) Advanced design, complete functions, reasonable structure, and simple and clear operation.
(2) Compression system: Uses a sealed SF6-specific compressor, leak-free.
(3) Vacuum system uses a rotary vane vacuum pump with automatic oil return prevention.
(4) Purification system uses a filter based on Japan CKD company's principle, with electric heating and built-in high-efficiency adsorbent, resulting in more significant purification effects (no frequent adsorbent replacement needed).
(5) The electrical system of the device has automatic three-phase power confirmation and automatic phase-loss protection.
(6) The control system uses three-level maintenance power SF6 gas recovery device new technology SF6-specific valves.
(7) Storage system is configured with an 80L liquid storage tank according to user requirements.
