III. Working Flow Chart of Turbine Oil Vacuum Oil Filter
Under vacuum conditions, the oil enters the electric heater after passing through the coarse filter, then enters the vacuum degassing tank through the rotary separator for oil-water separation. Water and gas are removed through the defoamer, cooler, Roots vacuum pump, and backing pump. The oil after dehydration and degassing is transported by the oil pump to the fine filter to remove impurities, and then purified oil is output.
