Please note the following points before starting up:
Ensure the sealing of the pipe connections.
Since the device has been vacuumed before leaving the factory, it is recommended to vacuum it again before the first startup; see Section 5 for the method. After the first use, it is generally advisable to leave a small amount of SF6 gas in the storage container and pipelines; otherwise, it is recommended to re-vacuum before startup.
It has comprehensive functions such as recovery, charging/discharging, purification, vacuuming, storage, and cylinder filling, making the system relatively complete. The series or switching of each function is mainly accomplished through the electric control box and ball valves concentrated on one side of the panel.
The basic working principle of the recovery device is the freeze-liquefaction method. During recovery, the suction and compression properties of the compressor are used to draw SF6 gas at a certain pressure from SF6 electrical equipment into the compressor and compress it to a higher pressure. SF6 Gas Recovery Device Qualification Instrument Equipment OEM At the same time, utilizing the low evaporation temperature characteristics of R22 refrigerant, the higher-temperature SF6 gas is cooled to the condensation temperature for liquefaction and storage. This continuous suction continues until the SF6 compressors operate in series and reach the final recovery pressure.
During charging/discharging, the vacuum pump of the device is used to evacuate the SF6 electrical equipment (or cylinders) and connecting pipelines, and then the SF6 in the storage container is charged into the SF6 electrical equipment directly using pressure difference or by creating a certain pressure difference with the compressor's suction, until the required working pressure is reached. When cylinder filling is needed, the aforementioned characteristics of R22 refrigerant are also utilized to directly fill the liquefied SF6 into the cylinders.
The purification function is completed simultaneously with the above recovery and charging/discharging functions. Two oil separators are installed in the system, respectively at the compressor outlets, to effectively remove oil carried by the SF6 gas. A drying filter is set in the system loop to ensure the purity of SF6 entering the storage container and effectively remove moisture. SF6 Gas Recovery Device Qualification Instrument Equipment OEM The filter is equipped with a heating regeneration device, which can be regenerated under vacuum heating, allowing the molecular sieve to be reused.
The system is equipped with reliable safety protection devices. A high-pressure pressure controller is installed at the exhaust port of the SF6 compressor; once the exhaust pressure exceeds the limit, it automatically stops the compressor and restarts it after the pressure drops. A safety valve is installed on the storage container; once overpressure occurs, the safety valve automatically opens to release gas and closes after the pressure drops. In addition, the system is equipped with a total of seven monitoring and control instruments, including one vacuum gauge installed at the recovery inlet, with a DN8 valve installed in front of it for observation when needed; five pressure gauges installed at the recovery inlet, SF6 compressor exhaust, refrigeration compressor suction and exhaust, and storage container; and one thermometer on the refrigeration system, using a temperature bulb to sense the SF6 liquid temperature.
The refrigeration system in the system is set by high and low pressure controllers to regulate the inlet and outlet pressures of the refrigeration compressor. Once the pressure exceeds the limit range, the refrigeration compressor will be automatically cut off; when the low pressure disconnects, it restarts after the pressure rises, or when the high pressure disconnects, it restarts after the pressure drops.
Overall structure: This device adopts a hand-push mobile type, suitable for use under normal indoor and outdoor environmental conditions. The system is relatively complex, consisting of a vacuum pump, SF6 compressor, refrigeration system, storage container, pipelines, various valves, instruments, and other accessories. The electric control box, operating valves, and monitoring instruments are all concentrated on one side panel with process indication, making it convenient and clear to use.
