This equipment includes a silent compressor, a moisture filtration device, a moisture reactivation device, an adjustable pressure system, and an outlet air pipeline.
Compressor: flow rate 120L/min (optional);
Adjustable pressure system: can provide any adjustable range from 0.01-6.0Mpa, with a minimum pressure and a fluctuation range set. For example, Shanghai Zhenghao has a minimum pressure of 0.12Mpa and a fluctuation range of 0.02Mpa. When the output air pressure is greater than 0.14Mpa, the compressor stops; when the pressure is lower than 0.12Mpa, the compressor starts.
Moisture reactivation device: If the detected outlet gas moisture value is greater than 50ppm, remove the outlet pipeline, open the outlet valve, start the activated molecular sieve device, set the time to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the moisture returns to its initial state. According to tests, one reactivation can provide approximately 15m3 of qualified dry air.
Moisture filtration device: After multiple improvements to the scheme, under the condition of 70% humidity in the intake environment, the outlet gas moisture is effectively controlled to 50ppmv.
