The vacuum power station is driven by an electric motor that operates a vacuum pump, converting diesel power into vacuum power. It creates a vacuum in the buffer tank, and through the oil suction head, absorbs oil spills on the shore, ground, or floating on water into the buffer tank. Then, the oil transfer pump delivers the collected oil to storage equipment on shore or on board, thereby achieving oil spill recovery. The vacuum oil recovery machine is an efficient and durable oil spill recovery device. This equipment consists of two parts: the main unit of the oil recovery machine (buffer tank, oil suction head) and the vacuum power station.
This equipment can be widely used in places where oil spill recovery is needed, such as beaches, shores, reefs, and land. It can also be used in harbors, oil ports, docks, rivers, lakes, shipyards, shipbreaking yards, petroleum, chemical, power plants, and sewage treatment stations where oil spills need to be recovered from water surfaces.
The optimal oil recovery viscosity range for this equipment is 1-2000 cst, and it can effectively recover oil spills with viscosity ranging from 1-100,000 cst, suitable for low to medium viscosity oil spill recovery.
