This equipment can be used to provide air source for air-insulated environmentally friendly cabinets;

This equipment can also provide dry air to replace high-purity nitrogen for flushing gas-filled cabinets,



The equipment includes a silent compressor, a water filtration device, a water reactivation device, an adjustable pressure system, and an outlet pipeline.



Compressor: Flow rate 120L/min (optional);

Adjustable pressure system: Can provide any adjustment within the range of 0.01-6.0Mpa, with a minimum pressure and a fluctuation range set. For example, Shanghai Zhenghao has a minimum pressure of 0.12Mpa, a fluctuation range of 0.02Mpa, when the output air pressure is greater than 0.14Mpa, the compressor stops; when the pressure is lower than 0.12Mpa, the compressor starts.

Water reactivation device: If the outlet micro-water value is detected to be greater than 50ppm, remove the outlet pipeline, open the outlet valve, activate the molecular sieve activation device, set the time to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the water content returns to its initial state. According to tests, one reactivation can provide approximately 15m3 of qualified dry air.

Water filtration device: After multiple improvements to the scheme, under the condition of 70% humidity in the intake environment, the outlet micro-water is effectively controlled to 50ppmv.
