RTQC-60 Vacuum Pumping Device
RTQC-60 Vacuum Pumping Device is mainly used for vacuum pumping and vacuum degree measurement during the installation, operation, and maintenance of porcelain-clad SF6 circuit breakers, transformers, and other SF6 electrical equipment. RTQC-60 is a compact SF6 gas filling and pumping device, with the entire filling and vacuum pumping unit mounted on a very sturdy metal cart frame, allowing it to move smoothly even on gravel roads.
The device is manufactured according to the DL/T662-1999 standard for "Sulfur Hexafluoride Filling and Recovery Devices". It consists of a vacuum pump, pointer-type vacuum gauge, regulating valve, gas transmission pipe, and necessary valves and instrument control components for maintaining SF6 circuit breakers. It has the following main functions:
1. Vacuum pumping and vacuum measurement for SF6 electrical equipment;
2. Filling SF6 electrical equipment with gas.
