The series two-stage high-efficiency vacuum oil filter is an oil purification equipment designed based on the characteristics of low-temperature evaporation of moisture under vacuum conditions. This machine is equipped with front and rear two-stage filter elements with high dirt-holding capacity and high precision, which can also remove mechanical impurities of 1μm, thereby enabling the insulating oil to achieve a higher breakdown voltage. This model is particularly suitable for the treatment of insulating oil at 5 million volts and below.

 Main features of the series two-stage high-efficiency vacuum oil filter:



1. Adopts a large pumping speed and advanced dehydration and degassing system, with a large evaporation area, greatly improving the degassing and dehydration effect.



2. Dual-chamber independent vacuum extraction, equipped with two front-stage vacuum pumps and one Roots booster pump, providing fast pumping speed, thus achieving a truly high vacuum requirement.



3. Equipped with a photoelectric controlled automatic defoaming device to prevent oil foam from entering the vacuum system.



4. Equipped with a filter element contamination generator. When the filter element is fully saturated with contaminants, the entire machine automatically stops and alarms to remind the replacement of the filter element.



5. The heating system adopts a constant temperature digital display controller, which can directly display the temperature value, and is equipped with an oil shortage protection device, eliminating the fire hazard caused by dry burning of the heater.
