Usage Method
Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes, connect the power supply, ensure the safety ground wire is properly connected, and check that all circuits are securely connected. Close the air release valve and the oil inlet valve. First, start the vacuum button and observe whether the vacuum gauge pointer moves. If it does not move, the power cord needs to be swapped. When the vacuum gauge reaches a negative pressure of 0.06 MPa, you can open the oil inlet valve to allow oil in. When the oil reaches 1/4 of the oil level sight glass, start the oil discharge button. If the oil level continues to rise, be careful not to let the filtered oil be sucked into the vacuum pump, as this would affect the vacuum degree. In that case, open the air release valve to maintain the vacuum between -0.06 and -0.08 MPa. Then start the heating button. During the heating process, set the desired heating temperature based on the vacuum degree and the water saturation curve to heat the oil. Before stopping the oil filtration, first turn off the heating button, let the oil circulate for a few minutes, then turn off the vacuum and oil discharge buttons; otherwise, the service life of the heating tubes will be affected. During operation, if the pressure gauge reading is ≥0.3 MPa, it indicates that the filter element has absorbed a lot of impurities, and the machine needs to be stopped to clean the filter element. After work is completed, open the air release valve to bring the vacuum to zero; otherwise, the service life of the vacuum pump will be affected.
Precautions:
1. When connecting the power supply, the ground wire must be properly connected before operation.
2. During operation, pay attention to the motor rotation direction; it should match the arrow direction.
3. Do not turn on the heater without oil circulation; otherwise, the heater will burn out.
4. It is not suitable to use when the working environment temperature is below -30°C or above +40°C.
5. If the vacuum reaches 0.08 MPa, slightly open the air release valve to control the vacuum at 0.06 MPa; otherwise, oil may enter the vacuum pump. If the oil level in the sight glass continues to rise, slightly close the oil inlet valve.
